In karate where the extended knuckles, spear hand strike are the just some of the striking techniques of karate to inflect damage or injury to an aggressor are not allowed as strike in Karate kumite, otherwise, there could have been so much injury happened. The close fist is the main strike; and I think including karate chop but not to the neck and nape but to the head.

Europeans will even shout when they scored a hit. But see a Japanese in a Karate Kumite he will not even shout with joy not even smile or aise his hand or jump he will do just nothing and his face is formal.

Yes, in a cage it is full contact . How many have been killed ?.... answer none. Traditional Karate Techniques are killing techniques therefore cannot be used. In Traditional Karate Tournaments it is non contact for a reason, so unless you have trained in Traditional Shotokan do not make meaningless comments.
